~Filet Mignon the Chef’s famous grilled 8 ounce center cut Filet served with shiitake mushroom sauce

~Grilled Chicken Sausage on Penne Pasta with asparagus and creamy gorgonzola white wine sauce

~Chicken Cannelloni, filled with chicken, spinach and ricotta, served with red or white sauce
