McRae Salad spring salad greens with chevre cheese, almonds, dates, fresh fruit and a grilled chicken breast, dressing of choice (Mr. McRae recommends raspberry vinaigrette)

Grilled Salmon Salad grilled salmon on spinach greens with bacon twists, gorgonzola croutons, chopped egg and the Chef’s roasted garlic dressing

Grilled Chicken Breast on a clementine romaine salad with the Chef’s roasted garlic dressing

~Rib Eye, grilled 12 ounce cut topped with shiitake mushroom sauce or maderia wine sauce - larger Custom Cuts available.

~New York Strip, grilled 12 ounce cut covered with shiitake mushroom sauce or maderia wine sauce – larger Custom Cuts available

~Filet Mignon the Chef’s famous grilled 8 ounce center cut Filet served with shiitake mushroom sauce or maderia wine sauce

~Add: 6 grilled shrimp

~Duck Breast, caramelized duck breast served with a blackberry port wine sauce

~Sea Scallops with Lump Crabmeat bacon wrapped sea scallops stuffed with lump crabmeat, surrounded by pasta, served with marinara & parmesan cheese sauces

~Hurricane Shrimp or Scallops lobster stuffed ravioli with lobster cream sauce topped with grilled hurricane brushed shrimp or scallops or a combination of both
